Simply The Seen
In the seen, there is simply the seen;
There is no “you" in that.
This is in fact the end of suffering.

The words you are reading now are plainly seen.
However, is there an actual “you” in what is seen?
Or, do you simply assume there is?

My name is Kevin Schanilec, and here you will find information on awakening to the fact that, in the end, there is no actual “me”.  I saw this by working through what the Buddhist tradition calls the fetters, the beliefs we have about who and what we are.  I developed the methodology by trial and error as I saw through these beliefs, and then refined it by working with many others over the past several years to help them awaken.

The information presented here comes from the Buddhist tradition, but points to the same experience of openness, love, compassion and peace to which we all aspire.  The end of suffering is possible, and I hope something here will be helpful to you!

"Kevin has developed a simple and effective method to see through what causes suffering and to awaken. And it works!  He and other guides pointed me so that everything was seen for only what it is, which gently shifted these illusions or fetters.  It’s simple and profound, and I can’t stop smiling at how ordinary and freeing it is. Being free of suffering and awakening now - anything else added on is just ridiculous! Words are not enough to express the gratitude to Kevin for creating this approach".
